The staff was friendly and helpful. First floor pool area was very nice with towels available on the lounge chairs. It is considered a boutique hotel so the rooms were appointed accordingly. Comfortable bed and nice mood lighting in the room and a painted mural on the wall. Nice room design. I feel it was a good value for the money. Great location across the street from the beach. Hotel is on the main boulevard so it had easy Uber or bus access. Many toiletries in the room and shower including hand soap, shampoo and lotions in nice dispensers. The property has a restaurant but we did not eat there. Roof top lounge area had a nice ocean view and a wading pool and bar which we did not use.

They had different events on the rooftop while we stayed, answered all our questions, explained how the room, room service, transportation, and their rules in a manner that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed for anything during our stay and staff called over a taxi for transportation for us when we needed it. Hotel is right across the street from the beach and was a very quiet and pleasant stay. I’ll be booking again soon

We enjoyed the hotels atmosphere, clean room, comfy beds and easy access to the restaurants, clubs and green bus comes around to take u into the downtown market, can also get taxi or pulmonias to take u sightseeing or anywhere u need. Restaurant has good food and the Starbucks is a plus if u rather stay in..The staff was friendly and very helpful. Downstairs swimming pool was nice and enjoyable.

You have a bit of everything in this hotel, there is a bar upstairs, a Starbucks(more affordable than most of them in Mazatlan btw), a restaurant and a juice bar. There is a little pool inside to enjoy with a waaterwall. A three minute walk to a beach with fun waves slamming into you filled with locals. Plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy. Excellent location.

The beach is across the street. The beds and sheets are absolutely the most comfortable than anywhere I've ever stayed.
